These terms apply when you use the KAAM Networks website, member portal and services, provided by KAAM Networks (legal entity name to be confirmed) (“KAAM Networks”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

KAAM Networks is a connection service. We listen to your situation and, where we can, introduce you to people and organisations who may be able to help.

The people and organisations we introduce you to are independent of us. Any arrangement you make with them is between you and them, on their terms. Please make your own checks before you commit to anything, particularly where money, contracts or personal documents are involved.

We keep opportunities, insights and other content on this website as accurate and up to date as we can. Details provided by partners, and rules set by government bodies, can change over time, so check with the official body named for anything that matters to you.

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend an account that is misused or that puts other people at risk, and we will tell you why where we can.

When you use the website, please do not:

• break the law, or use the website to harass, mislead or harm anyone;
• send spam, or use our forms to promote unrelated products or services;
• share someone else’s personal information without their permission;
• try to get around security measures, overload the website, or copy content in bulk by automated means;
• pretend to be someone else, or to represent an organisation you do not represent.

You keep ownership of what you send us. You allow us to use it to reply to you, make the introductions you agree to, and run our services, as described in our privacy policy. Please only send information you are entitled to share.

Forms on the support page are expressions of interest only. No payment is taken through this website, and nothing is agreed until we have spoken with you and confirmed it in writing.

Global Education Support operates as a not-for-profit program of KAAM Networks. Its registration and tax-deductibility status are being confirmed; donations are not yet tax deductible.

The KAAM Networks name, logo and the content of this website belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please ask before using our brand or reproducing our content elsewhere.

We link to official bodies and other websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from decisions you make based on general information on the website, or from dealings between you and people or organisations we introduce you to.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian State or Territory to be confirmed, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
